I am an Empathy Lab trained author, and I feel passionately about getting children interested in stories and firing up imaginations. I offer assemblies and workshops. Please click below for more details.

School workshops promote a variety of skills

Workshops

- School Assembly (40-50 mins) Years 3-6
 

- Workshops (up to 1 hour for a single class best suited to years 5-6)

 

- Virtual events - short author talk and/or Q&A (30-40 minutes)

Book me for an interactive event guaranteed to get even the most reluctant readers excited about stories. 

 

My assembly is suitable for years 3-6 and delves into story inspiration and the world of the Spooksmiths. I also offer Think Like An Author workshops for years 5-6 delivering meaningful outcomes for young storywriters through suspense and atmosphere tasks and bringing characters to life through dialogue.
